What does the retainer agreement include?Every plan includes a signed agreement that defines exact monthly deliverables, revision rights, response time SLAs, approval workflows, and cancellation terms. You will never wonder what you are paying for.
How do I cancel?Any plan can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. There are no annual commitments, no early termination fees, and no penalty clauses. We earn your business every single month.
What happens in the first month?The first month begins with our discovery and audit process, followed by strategy development and your approval. Execution begins once the strategy is signed off. We do not rush to publish before the foundation is right.
Do ad spend costs come out of the retainer?No. The retainer covers our management and creative fees. Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is billed separately and goes directly to the platforms. We will recommend a budget during the strategy phase.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?Yes. You can move between plans with 30 days' notice. If your business needs change, we will adjust the engagement accordingly with a revised retainer agreement.
Who will I be working with?You will work directly with our founding team throughout the engagement. We do not delegate client relationships to junior staff. Your calls, messages, and approvals all go to the people doing the work.
